Urushi-nuri (lacquerware) is a manufacturing method that has been handed down in East Asia for a long time. It is made by repeatedly applying lacquer-based paint, resulting in a hard, highly glossy coating, and has been used for high-end products.

This is a beautiful tie tack (pin brooch) with a rich golden color made from vermillion lacquer and gold powder.

It creates a wonderful focal point, whether as a tie tack on your tie or as a pin brooch on the lapel of your suit.
